INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT
STAGE I

STAGE II
The concept is detailed with specific products, such as: floor finishes (wood, stone, tiles, etc.), wall finishes (colors, plasters, wallpapers, etc.), ceiling finishes (lowered, suspended, stucco, etc.), lighting fixtures, equipment, furniture. Development of special elements of the interior, important for the aesthetics and functionality: views of the walls, the general concept of the buildings, non-standard elements designed individually. At this stage, you will receive 3D visualizations of the rooms and a list of material proposals.
STAGE III
Technical drawings: views of walls in 1:50 (1:20) scale, details, project coordinated with designers of electrical installation, water and sewage connections and ventilation, air conditioning, audio systems, smart home, spa. The project also includes floor layout, ceiling design, drywall design, wall expansions in views, wall color design, selection of materials, devices and equipment, detailed bathroom, SPA, fitness etc., design with detailing of floor and wall covering, ceramics and fittings, quantitative and qualitative list of products to be purchased.
STAGE IV
Author's Supervision
Checking the compliance of the work carried out with the project. Providing subcontractors with additional information during the implementation.
Participation in acceptance of works. Supervision over the correct course of assembly. Advice in case of unexpected changes during implementation. Discussing orders and constant contact with shops, carpenter and renovation team. I select art for interiors working with the qualified galleries. At the end of the implementation, there is planned a photo session of the project with the possibility of publication in the press and on the Internet, which will increase value of your properity.
